What Happened in the United States Prisons?

Prison population had already multiplied by four or five times since the 19 seventies. There was a massive problem with violence around the there were a lot of things that were called riots. What they should have done is end the war on drugs and stop sending low level drug offenders to prison, where they would be tormented and break down. And instead build super max prisons which are prison units entirely specialized in solitary confinement. We have them in california, at pelican bay, corkeran to hatch. We even have one for women in the central valley. They're prone to depression and suicide, they will become despairing of ever getting out of prison,. and they'll fall
