Ramsdale's Potential to Supplant Jordan Pickford as England Goalkeeper
I think Ramsdale is in the process of getting past that. I still think he had a really good season, last season. But this is really fascinating for him because if he's got a fight to keep his place,. to stay as number one for Arsenal. presumably his medium term plan is to supplant Jordan Pickford as England goalkeeper. You would have thought. And how does this change the possibility of that happening? Suppose. Well, I think I always find it interesting when a team go for two goalkeepers that are both number ones. It's either that or you choose one goalkeeper who's the undisputed number one and the second one's your break glass in case of emergency.
