Co-Housing in the UK
I would love to see co-housing coming out of that niche because it's still so rare particularly in the UK. I think there's a little bit of a hesitance for some people that it's like, oh, it's a commune or it's socialism. There's a kind of almost ideological political view on that and I'm not sure why. Loneliness is a huge health challenge for us as we live longer. And so creating environments which are better for intergenerational living could be through designing the urban streetscape in a way that allows you to get to know your neighbors.
