"We have a database of talent that we is a combination of folks who have opted in to be part of the database and then also collecting information from publicly available sources so yeah it's been easier historically to find the actors because those are the people who have tended to get press coverage when they come forward about having face abuse and harassment," she said. "I do believe that by me reaching out and explaining to them what we were trying to do that that did have an impact and it did result in survivors getting opportunities that they may not have gotten otherwise"
