I believe Bitcoin is 100% unpredictable, meaning that you don't know what the government's going to do. So I would use Bitcoin as a diversification tool, not as a singular investment tool. If you're young and you can absorb a small loss, get a little more aggressive. That said, there will be people who do exactly the opposite of my advice and make huge fortunes.
