How to Save a Thousand Dollars in a House?

The first home grant is a little bit lower with the income cap. You would be eligible for up to ten thousand dollars each as a top up from the government. But it's disappointing, i guess, from my perspective, that the the cap is so low for houses. It's 700 k for a new build, 625 k for an existing property. We'll also talk about another type of government support that i want briefly to talk about.
