I love the idea of you've been out busied. That's just really stuck in court with me. So I have to say, a favorite turning point in the book for me was your three faces of busy. The first face of busy is busy as an experience. It's that sense of overwhelm, rushing, racing, jumping, always on. But actually, if you think about it, all saying I'm busy, even in a small business, all it really says is you're not very good at prioritizing your time.
