A few can control the politics of a party because it didn't open its doors, it shut them. And in 2013, in South Carolina, prime example of this, when Supreme Court says, you know what, we're going to gut that provision of the Voting Rights Act. That law, those, guess what happens in South Carolina? They pass law after law after law,. making it difficult to vote laws that would have been banned by the DOJ Department of Justice as discriminatory. We have never seen voter turnout so low for black people in the state, which is almost which is a third black.
