How to Track Positioning and Understand Their Reaction Functions
A lot of entities out there that would like to sell you that they have some, you know, that it's easy to track positioning and understand the effects of it. The reality is different entities who hold, who warehouse positions have different reaction functions. A market maker is not a bank, is not a fund who is also warehousing said risk. So understanding the trades that are being put on who they're warehouse with and what their reaction functions are is the key.
