Rent Growth Slows, but It's Not a Pandemic!
The fastest metro-level rent growth in the top 10 cities over the past six months, 12 months and since March of 2020 is 1%. The worst performing market was Providence, Rhode Island at minus 6%. Before the Fed started jacking up the interest rates, real estate prices were skyrocketing due to a variety of factors.
