The Failure Mindset in Silicon Valley

You talk about your book about the mindset in Silicon Valley about everyone talks about failing fast. Can you talk about why you're not okay with that mindset? Well, I think that there's some, there's some sense and kind of the fail fast, it's a very quickly mentality of startup. Yeah, there's definitely some sense to it but I think that everybody, but you have to have ... You have to have a big cushion to be able to think positively about failure. That whole disappointing all these people and disappointing yourself and your family and so on is really, really tough.
