A lot of the practitioners who treat musculoskeletal disorders are not thorough in their musculatedoskeletal evaluation process. So that's why I think there's some dilemma about how accurate that is. A lot of it is even delving into history deep enough to really identify movements that irritate movements that aggravate movements that relieve all those kinds of things.
