The Role of General Anesthesia in Cryo-Oblation

We're using GALIEL for the cryo-oblation. Microwave system that we have. We are going to be doing a trial and taking a look at the new Medtronic imprint system, which looks pretty interesting. Most of our patients are morbidly obese, very difficult to sedate in a prone position. They could probably tolerate the cryo in and of itself, but I think it's the time on the table and prone position.
