The Importance of Predictive Technical Analysis
A review of my new book, " trend following," says it doesn't give a rigorous proof that trends exist in the market. The human eye sees patterns where there aren't any and stocks don't just go flat after the trend. Research has shown that it is not that simple to buy a stock once you can see with clarity, it has developed a trend. It's really not as easy as jumping on the trend when you see it and get out when it ends.
