The justice department's position is going to be tik, all of this is potentially privileged, but the privilege has to be asserted by the president. It would be a super ironic thing if then the justice department were to take a narrow view of executive privilege and have a broader view imposed upon it by a district judge,. Ye? I think the justitor's view is, ok, all of these are potentially privileged,but none of them are privileged because there's been no assertion of privilege. So another thing the special master has got to sort out about it about privilege.
