The Curabel Case Is a Result of a Lot of Work
The curabel case was absolutely pivital in what's happened since at the tavistok. That case, i think, has really changed everything. The laws here aren't bad, is one reason. And we've got a lot more rights here. Like trans identified people have been protected in law here since the 19 nineties. So when you get to the point of saying, well, look, some of this has gone too far, or we need to think of children safeguarding too, it's not like in the states where, you know, transpeople had no rights,. and you would feel bad about trying to stand up for yourself because there might be some suffering person on
