When the 19 nineties, housing went up about 31 %. Appreciated the value of a house long enough sing in the two thousand there's about forty five % appreciation over that decade. So realize we're on the early end of this ounots 20 20, 20 21, 20 22. That probably means that housing appreciations can be somewhat stagnant. It's not goan move at the same pace.
