How to Use the Biopinc Device for Liver Biopsies

The biopinc device is probably the most common device overall for doing percutaneous staging liver biopsies. It's an adjustable throw and unlike a lot of the side cutting devices, you don't extend the tray and then close the device. You actually put the device in and then when you hit the button, it actually throws forward and then cuts all in one motion. We tend to use the guide with it almost every time.
