I use an eight sleep now I mean you're familiar with them. No eight sleep is a like some mattress topper that just tracks everything It tracks tracks my respiration rate, heart rate and deep sleep. So it's pretty awesome And that has kind of you know been a better indicator Kind of given me a long term because it factors in my resppiration rate and other things actually would play into that But when he was like first starting to measure I was in the 40s so definitely have made a concerted effort to improve it again.
