Building Trust in Design Solutions

I think one of the key factors is to build trust if you design something. I think we have so many different ideas different good ideas also that try to help us to take action and reduce the impact that we have on our climate. And I think building trust would be important because there is so many things around sustainability. Many people use that term and it's overused already. So people don't have to trust anymore. Because of the greenwashing as well. People think, oh, that's just a marketing claim. So I don't trust that one.
