De de research leaner tocan, in my book, neo liberalism from below, intended to open up a debate on neo liberalism at the exact moment were here in our region. The prevailing argument was that new liberalism belonged to the past, strictly associated with the neo liveral reforms in the nineties. So i like very much the idea of discuss things in terms of the popular economis where i situated my work.
