Russian Bank Loan

Marine lapen's party received a nine million ra loan from a now defunct russian bank. She has backed away from a formal fraxit, french exit from the european union. But she is talking about having a series of referendums if she becomes president. This would in her eyes, or in her supporter's eyes, give france back greater sovereignty.
