It's incredible it's a very giving community. Very excited to be part of it and I help people with placements mentoring also rewriting TVs or advice on how to write them LinkedIn profiles and so on. When you help that one person get a job you know you make a major impact in their lives. It goes way beyond just getting them a job just you know still a lot the minutes about also helping them they I've seen so many people change not because of the job but because of the process of getting to the job is why I'm in recruitment.
