How to Get Into the Fast Casual Business?

We're in six states right now, around the country. So a chain like that, 23, 20, how large can that get? Is that something you would want to expend to 200 restaurants? Or is it you just have to find the right place where it's a good fit? We play in all three of those, those segments. And i never wante to get into that fast casual business because of that wate where do you draw the line on fast casual above f like a why?
