Do Your Due Diligence, Don't Be Emotional

When i was by holmes, i wasn't really looking at numbers. And i made a lot of bad decisions,. I just paid forwy. It was bad decisions, and i just had to pay for it in the sucks. You should not be house rich and cash poor like you. Have to do your due diligence. Don't worry about what could have shord of what can't happen. Be smart.
