i'm excited to see jessie practise something like the bullet journal. I find, for me especially, it's so helpful to just unload there. The idea is the bulletern w just be sitting next to you at your desk. And then as things pop up, you just take them out of your mind and put them on paper. So in a very basic way, you get into the habit of just constantly capturing your thoughts. That's basically what rabbit logging is designed to do. There's also another way of doing it, which is longer form journaling under many different approaches. It can't be stressed how much that can help, just to give yourself a little bit
