Republican Turnout Is a Consistent Story in Florida

There are two, really, since the great depression, of a president's party defying history and actually picking up house seats in mid term elections. Joe byton's approval rating is still very low. That's why republicans have felt so optimistic all year. But i think there are some variables here that raise questions we aren't used to raising when it comes to mid term electo.
