How to Build a Community on Twitter

When i do a trivia i upload the answer the next day. But there's definite people who help each other, and that's supercool. And act that's been helpful for me too, because when i write the answer I cind o look at what they have written in their comments. That community is becoming pretty strong. Even the stuff that some people would consider like manplaining, i don't take it away. Just feedback wo'd like, who cares?
