How Many Dopes Are Making Too Much Policy?
"How many dopes can we have making policy before the whole shit house comes down?" he asks. "Once you're dope, yeah, all your policy is bad." He says Los Angeles and Portland are examples of places with too many 'dopes' in politics. But then they're counterbalanced by sober non-dopes who argue against them.
