Anglo-Saxon approach is the dominant culture when it comes to VC funding and finance in general. Is that also true for certain ethnic minorities would you say? You sort of want to split apart the ethnicity of someone from their skill with language so of course somebody who for whom English is a third language, and they're trying to present an English or same thing in Italian.
