On January 6th, Donald Trump claimed the election was rigged and urged his supporters to never give up. The indictment says he exploited the violence on that day but doesn't blame him for it. John Avlon: It's interesting how much what happened on January 6th itself becomes a little bit of an afterthought. He says this all has a nexus in that really interesting charge, which is about basically preventing people from having their vote counted or from having the right to speak on elections.
