How Do You Define Your Audience?

I find people that are so similar but at the same time I don't feel that we are in this kind of group thing and they're all alike. There's also so many different perspectives that the community members are bringing to the table. So I absolutely love this mix of both. Hey, we're alike, but then we're not and there's the diversity that keeps that learning and then sharing between us interesting and alive and worth spending time on.
