Five is a technique used to explore the cause and effect relationship underlying a particular rule, et cetera. The example they have here is a, your vehicle won't start. So you could just say, oh, the batteryis dead. And that's kind of elementary, you know, bandate. It's just fixe battery. Or you coud figure out, like, hay, if i want to prevent this in he future, the rue cause is actualy that i wasn't getting the vehicle service as I was supposed to. Uns if i start doing that, then i won't poin.
