The Importance of a People First Culture

I think the root cause of this is a short term mindset. People in months and quarters and you know I empathize with a lot of founders, especially if they've raised money and they have certain goals to hit by when like it's a tough position to be in the market. And so hopefully we'll start to see a shift there, especially with everything going on in the world but we have a little bit of a ways to go for sure. The companies that are going to scale the most this year are going to really embody that mentality.
