The First Amendment Issue in Memeing
If he was actually convicted for memeing, it would be a First Amendment issue. But this is a little different. He didn't yell fire in a crowded theater. And you're not allowed to do that. The fact that 4,900 people, I guess, tried to vote by text makes me really sad.
