How to Write a Strategic Narrative

Dan: I always go into every project kind of with this idea of how it, you know, pretty sure what the narrative is going to look like. And I'd say I'm always wrong. The traditional answer to this is we're going to write it in a place that the world doesn't see. But he found that people would forget to go back and translate those messages into something they were actually going to use to communicate with customers. It's usually a few weeks to create this first version of the sales deck and then few weeks to go out and try it for yourself.
