Statement analysis blog mentions how the caller says, you know, it's Mr. It's Sir. And so statement analysis is like, OK, what does that mean? Whatever he said before maybe wasn't the truth. So that line stuck out to me like a sore thumb. But I can see both sides of it because again, if I'm making this call, I don't think that would be a phrase that would come out of my mouth.
