Polly Davis was kidnapped and murdered in her bedroom. The man responsible for the crime, richard davis, had spent 14 of the last 20 years in jail. By 19 93, when polly was kidnapped, richard had already been sentenced to more than 200 years in prison. Each time he was jailed, he was released or paroled early, only to reoffend and and a back in prison again and again and again.
