War theory has a resurgence in the aftermath of the Vietnam War among liberal philosophers, but they were less interested in the politics of wars. And I think that is something that you see a lot and Sam Moyne has made this kind of an argument that you get a shift from an emphasis on the politics of war to an emphasis on fighting war as well. So what I was wondering is, are there any political theorists today who you'd see as undertaking that kind of analysis or offering any kind of way forward?
