Zahir Jaffer was found guilty of murdering his girlfriend, Nol. He told police he killed her because she cheated on him with another man. His parents were questioned about their knowledge of the crime and why they didn't call the corpse when it was obvious that there was a murder. Zahir's father Sakir jaffer owned the pistol used to kill nol in aslama bath. Prosecution said this indicated zahir had been trying to run away from lahore for America where extradition would be difficult.
