Six, Vulnerability

Great leaders who are senior superintendents are vulnerable. They are vulnerable by being open and confident enough with others to show up as an actual, real human being. The days of 'i just don't like being in the line light or out in the public are over for you' You cannot be invisible. People need to see their fire extinguisher. If there was a fire next your right now, what would you do? First, run, leave. Both are good strategies. But if it's hidden, what good will it do you when teams need prevention or help?
