Gideon had an assignment for Gideon, something for him to accomplish. God wanted him to lead the people of Israel to defeat an opposing army. But Gideon said God I can't do that. Notice how he saw himself versus how God saw him. The problem is our thinking is infected. We're gonna go on a fast from every negative thought. And when they arise instead of being like Gideon and saying I'm not able who am I just turn it around and say I know who I am. I am well able. I am who God says I am.
