"I don't even know what happened in Bernice's death. Like I just remember I went to our hardware store and she, you know, was like trying to sell me this gun," he says. Ed requests that for his trial for the murder of Bernice that he doesn't have a jury. "So the judge says, okay, so it's just going to be the judge making the shots, like calling the shots." The house burnt to the ground but they never really found who did it.
