The Supreme Court's Argument in the Harvard Affirmative Action Case

Roger Severino, former Director of the Office of Civil Rights and Bill Jacobson are with us to talk about affirmative action at Harvard. Judge Jackson recused herself from the Harvard part of the case because she was married to a student there. The Supreme Court ruled last month that race cannot be a factor in college admissions.
