When you when you say mind management many people are not managing their minds properly and they're swept up in that incessant thoughts or like you said there's ruminating thoughts it's something specifically to talk about. What I have put into the book is some graphs and description of my latest research in very simple form and you can skip over those sections but there's some reason of them. When we don't manage our mind and we just react to it we just getting buffered by everything that's just hitting us the news the kids the issues the whatever we feel completely burnt up. This creates a terrible mess in the brain which then affects the chemicals in the body which then causes inflammation in the brain
