Kyle explained how he builds simple local SEO websites for niches like junk removal, auto glass repair, and epoxy flooring, ranks them on Google, and then rents the leads out to local businesses for recurring monthly income. We talked about why these sites don’t need to look pretty, how he got his first client to wire him $6,000 within 20 minutes, and how he eventually scaled this into a business doing around $100k/month with very low overhead. We also got into lifestyle businesses, time freedom, passive income, and why Kyle intentionally keeps the business simple instead of chasing massive growth.
