Introduction
Gautau Choudh is spokesperson for and an executive committee member of the Tigray People's Liberation Front. He recently signed a document in South Africa which may just be a lifesaver for hundreds of thousands if not millions of people. They've agreed to disarm their forces within 30 days to let the Ethiopian military take control of their towns and cities or key installations. But many difficult issues remain unresolved - including a full accounting for the horrors committed over the past two years.
