Everything that joy is about to say is going to remind me that this is everything that separates a leader from a manager. And again, it goes back to emotional intelligence. Just because you've been doing something this one way for years doesn't make it the only way to do things. People respond to things differently. So that's part of just building out your ecu, and developing that type of, customized, you know, a feedback that you can give each person so that it is meaningful to them.
