Afghanistan - Is There a King?
During the bon agreement, the assem afghans there wanted a new constitution that involved a monarch. And they actually wanted the old exiled king, who had been exiled in 19 73, but was still alive,. They wanted him to come back. This is something that the americans said, no, we will not. We will not have the king. Because they feared that many warlords opposed that plan and they didn't want anypre x for a return to the civil war.
