Will the DOJ Charge a Former President of the United States?

A federal judge says there's substantial evidence that Donald Trump lied to the government about a false affidavit. The former president could be charged with simple mishandling of classified documents he once had access to and sent to his house. But when you have clear evidence of obstruction of justice, of lying to fail to comply with grand jury subpoena, that's an easy decision for them to make.
